Liz is great! You want an agent who hustles and communicates. Liz has both of those skills. For me, I needed someone who was well versed in the investment side of real estate and she’s got tons of experience there so she ticks the right boxes. She also is a solid negotiator. I’ve personally recommended her to other investors and will continue to do so.
I first contacted CR Property Group in February 2020. I spoke with Liz Hamberger, and she was very insightful! She described the types of properties they renovate and sell to investors, the areas in which these properties are located, and how their turnkey and property management processes work. The company sounded very organized, and their processes seemed very straightforward. After speaking to Liz, I asked if I could visit the company and view some of their available properties. Liz and the staff were extremely accommodating! I arrived at their office a few days later, on a Saturday morning, and I met Justin Moul (Disposition Coordinator) who spent several hours showing me properties in York and Harrisburg. We had a great conversation about the company, the area, and the properties. He was able to show me properties that were about to start renovation, undergoing renovation, and had finished renovation. The quality of the work I witnessed was excellent! I have worked in the construction industry for 31 years, so I understand how important quality is – and I was very pleased by the quality of the renovations.
Following my visit, I selected a property to purchase, and Liz and the team at CR Property Group kept me up-to-date on the progress of the renovations and I was able to complete the purchase in less than six weeks. Just prior to closing on the property, Russ Metz from 360 Property Management (CR Property Group’s Property Management affiliate) contacted me, and we established a property management relationship. He informed me that the property already had a tenant scheduled to move in, and I was SUPER impressed! The property was rented even before we completed the purchase! The entire purchase and leasing processes was smooth, easy, and fast.
Each month, 360 Property Management deposits the rent into my business bank account. It has been a pleasure to work with them because they have made the leasing process and rent collection simple and stress-free.
My experience with CR Property Group has been truly outstanding. Liz and Russ have been extremely responsive to my questions, and Justin was full of enthusiasm and knowledge about the company.
